Step into a spacious living room filled with comfortable seating, perfect for gathering and relaxing. Enjoy a large-screen TV with SLING TV streaming included, plus a stereo system that connects via Bluetooth to your favorite music apps. To the right of the entrance, you’ll find the master bedroom and bathroom featuring a queen bed, Amazon Fire TV, and a walk-in closet with a bureau and plenty of hangers. A multi-device charging station is available for your phone, watch, and listening devices. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the Florida Room. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, single sink, hairdryer, and plenty of quality towels. Down the hall is the second guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV, bureau, and a wide dual sliding-door closet. Extra pillows, an ironing board, and a drying rack are provided. The adjacent bathroom offers a shower/tub combo, toilet, single sink, hairdryer, and—of course—plenty of quality towels. In the hallway, you’ll find a linen closet stocked with extra towels and must-haves like Band-Aids, aloe for after beach days, Advil, Tums, and a first aid kit. The second closet includes additional hangers, a vacuum, and umbrellas. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator and ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and reverse osmosis water filtration system. You’ll find plenty of pots, pans, Tupperware, bowls, utensils, and spices for your vacation—and most importantly (as I’ve learned from traveling), plenty of sharp knives for preparing gourmet meals! Seating includes three bar stools at the large island and a small high-top table. This is where the second charging station is. The Florida Room—my sanctuary! Enjoy water views from the dining table that seats six (four chairs and one bench). There’s a cozy sitting area for two with oversized, comfortable chairs—perfect for reading or relaxing. Pool towels and pool toys are stored here for easy access. Three sliding glass doors allow entry from the master bedroom, living room, or kitchen area. Off to the left of the kitchen is the third bathroom with a shower, toilet, single sink, and yes—quality towels. Continue on to the laundry room, which features a new stackable washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, a shelf of travel-size bottles for on-the-go, grocery and beach bags, plus plenty of laundry supplies including detergent, stain remover, and dryer sheets. Adjacent to the laundry room is the third queen bedroom, furnished with a bureau. The closet in this room is reserved for personal belongings. A door leads directly to the backyard. And now, the most important part—the pool! This newly screened pool area enjoys sun all day. Relax on two lounge chairs, two swivel chairs, or two Adirondack chairs, all with plenty of side tables. Plastic cups and plates are provided for outdoor dining. The pool heater is brand new this year! The large backyard is perfect for tossing a ball or playing a game of cornhole (set stored in the garage). Try fishing off the dock with one of the provided fishing poles. There are two kayaks available for use at high tide (a signed kayak waiver is required), and we’ve provided a ladder for easy access. Two bikes are also available for cruising the neighborhood or visiting the nearby park. Heading to the beach? We’ve got you covered with four beach chairs, beach blankets, two coolers, a shade beach tent, umbrellas, and a beach cart to carry it all.
